5/3/25 – Pump and Irrigation Updates

Dear Homeowners,

We regret to inform you that the irrigation system is still not functioning at full capacity. At present, certain areas are not receiving adequate water coverage due to persistent pressure issues within the system.

Jeff has been actively coordinating with the pump installation team to diagnose and resolve the problem. We are awaiting further updates from them and expect to have a clearer understanding of the situation by Monday.

We understand the importance of consistent irrigation and appreciate your continued patience as we work to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
