Urgent Irrigation System Notice: Voluntary Conservation Requested

Dear Grand Valley Neighbors,

We are writing to inform you that our community irrigation system is currently facing challenges due to a limited supply of up-valley irrigation water. Because of this shortage, the system may not operate at 100% capacity during these days of extreme heat.

Current Request: Voluntary Conservation

To help maintain system pressure and availability, we ask that all members limit outdoor watering to essential needs only. Please consider:

• Reducing watering times for established lawns.
• Watering during cooler early morning or late evening hours.
• Delaying new landscaping projects that require heavy watering.

Potential Next Steps

If the water shortage and high temperatures continue, the HOA Board may need to implement mandatory water restrictions. This would involve a structured watering schedule based on home addresses. We will provide updates via email and this blog if restrictions become necessary.
