Irrigation and Pump Working – All 3 Filings

Dear Homeowners,

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we move forward with the installation of the new pump system and the adjustments to the variable frequency. These improvements are designed to ensure consistent water pressure for all 72 homes in our community.

Important Reminder:
Please be aware that if too many homes are using irrigation at the same time, it can cause the irrigation vault to empty. When this happens, water service will be temporarily unavailable until the vault has had time to refill. The vault is filled from the canal that runs from 19 Road west along J 2/10 Road, then turns south and continues west along the backside of Satterfield Avenue.

We will be letting the system run throughout this entire week and weekend to monitor performance. If you experience any issues or irregularities, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can address them promptly.
