8/1/25 – Irrigation Repair Update

We are once again repairing a broken clean-out pipe in Filing 2, which has been a recurring issue. This time, we are increasing the pipe strength, improving stabilization, and taking additional steps during the repair process to ensure a permanent fix.

Please be aware that the irrigation water may be off until Monday while the work is completed and the system is tested.

We will continue to monitor the system closely after the repair to ensure the fix holds and to prevent future issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this problem once and for all.
