Please keep in mind that involving Fruita Compliance Officers in HOA-related issues often results in unnecessary expenses for the association—costs that ultimately impact all homeowners.

If our community chooses to move toward full professional management with no volunteer involvement, we will need to reassess our dues. Based on current estimates, this could mean an increase of approximately 150%.
