Irrigation System Blowouts Scheduled for Friday, October 31, 2025

Dear Homeowners,

The irrigation water is now off for the season, and you should have your sprinkler and drip systems turned off and allowed to drain to prepare for winter.

We have scheduled the Grand Valley Estates Main System Irrigation Blowout for Friday, October 31, 2025.

Before Friday, please ensure your main irrigation feed valve is closed tightly. This is the larger pipe that feeds into your irrigation system. The blowout process involves high air pressure, and leaving your valve open can cause damage or breakage to your system.

If you are unsure how to locate or close your valve, please let us know your address, and our landscaping contractor will stop by to verify that it’s properly closed. Also, if you know someone who is out of town or notice a problem before the blowouts, please call or text 970-639-0015 as soon as possible.
