IMPORTANT: Temporary Irrigation Water Notice & Upcoming Repairs

Dear Homeowners,

Please be advised that the irrigation water has been turned on temporarily for everyone’s immediate use.

However, the system will be turned off again tomorrow so our team can complete additional required repairs on the main line.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work to get the system fully stabilized.

Best regards,

Grand Valley Estates HOA Board
