June 2025 – Irrigation and Landscaping

Thank you for your continued patience as we implement the new irrigation pump system. This upgraded system is more sophisticated than the previous one, and a few of us have had to take on the learning curve to ensure it functions properly. While we’ve resolved many of the initial issues, there may still be some adjustments as we gain more experience with it.

Irrigation System Notes:

  • The pump system depends on the vault being filled with water, which is located in the park at 401 Satterfield. For safety, this area remains locked, but you can view the vault through the fence.
  • If the vault appears dry, it’s possible that farmers have temporarily blocked the flow of water in the field at the east corner of Fremont, where the road is blocked between the filings.
  • If you observe both the vault is empty and no water is flowing from the field, please let us know, and we will contact the property owner to release water into the system.

Landscaping Update:

We’ve identified some performance issues with our landscaping contractor, particularly related to weed control in the common areas. A plan is now in place to address this overgrowth, and we are actively working on improvements.

In addition to weed management, we’re assessing further landscaping needs throughout the community. These changes will take some time to implement, but we are committed to maintaining a high standard moving forward.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thank you,
