🌿 5/14/2025: Irrigation System Is On!

Good news — the irrigation system is officially up and running for the season!

Homeowners are currently welcome to run their sprinklers as needed. We’re keeping a close eye on system performance and water levels to ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone.

What We’re Watching

There are a couple of things we’re monitoring closely:

• Water Usage: If we notice that the vault is running low on water, we may need to introduce a schedule — possibly assigning watering days or times based on your house address.
• System Maintenance: We’ve also had a few cases where homeowners needed to repair lines, requiring the main system to be turned off. If that continues, we may designate one day each week when the system is shut off for maintenance.

No Changes Yet — Just a Heads Up

Right now, these are only potential options. We’re not making any changes unless the issues continue. Our goal is to keep the system fair, functional, and accessible for everyone.
