Major Irrigation Pipe Break in Filing 2 – Repairs Underway

Dear Residents,

There was a major break in the main irrigation pipe last night in Filing 2, which has significantly flooded that area. This break requires extensive repairs and the replacement of key parts.

Our repair crews are on-site today (6/20/25) and working diligently to complete the necessary work. Once repairs are made, the system will require at least 24 hours to fully dry and cure before irrigation can resume.

We have our fingers crossed that the system will be operational by Monday 6/23/25. However, please plan for potential delays through Tuesday, 6/24/25, in case additional repairs are needed.
